The toner helps to remove any impurities that may remain on the skin after the application of the Glowy Cleansing Gel, leaving the skin soft, fresh and ready to apply the serum. The toner helps balance the pH of the skin.

Following the Glowy Cleansing Balm, soak a cotton pad or use your palms to apply to the face, neck, and décolleté using gentle circular movements.
