HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY PURCHASE?
We are sorry, we could not find your BM product. If you want to make a return, write to us at email@example.com with your order number, products to be returned and the reason why you would like an exchange. Our e-commerce team will attend to your request.
All returns must be processed within 30 days of ordering. In the case of meeting the Returns Requirements, the entire amount will be refunded in its original form of payment. Look after your receipt! Shipping costs are not refundable.
Only cosmetics that present an unstable and visible alteration in their texture, material damage and/or alterations in the packaging as a result of transport will be replaced. Opened and/or used cosmetics will not be exchanged or replaced.
